We handle your data sparingly and transparently. This website uses no tracking, no analytics tools and no advertising services. The legally binding version of this page is the German one.

2. Principles
We process personal data only insofar as necessary to operate this website and to handle your enquiries. There is no tracking, no usage profiling and no processing of data for advertising purposes.
3. Hosting and server log files
When you visit this website, our hosting provider Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA) processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type) to deliver the website securely and reliably.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is deleted by the hosting provider according to its retention periods. Processing may also take place in the USA; Vercel bases such transfers on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Contact form
If you write to us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, optionally phone number and company, and your message) solely to handle your enquiry.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We store your enquiry for as long as necessary to process it and delete it afterwards, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Application documents
If you send us application documents (e.g. a CV), we treat them in strict confidence. Your documents will not be passed on to third parties — in particular not to companies — without your explicit consent.
The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Retention: We keep application documents for up to six months after the end of our engagement — or longer with your consent during ongoing support. You can request deletion at any time.
6. Cookies
This website uses a single, technically necessary cookie: it stores your language preference (German/English). It contains no personal data and requires no consent — which is why you won't see a cookie banner here.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
8. Version
This privacy policy is updated as required. Last updated: July 2026.
