Our conviction

You Are The One — we mean it literally.

Behind the name stands a simple belief: whoever is THE ONE deserves the right place in the right company — and vice versa. That's why we look beyond CVs and role profiles, at personality, attitude and culture.

Our location is a conviction, too. We deliberately don't work out of a business hotspot but from Villach in Carinthia — with the calm and independence that good decisions need. Our mandates take us across Austria and Germany.

    We approach the right people directly — through our own network and targeted research, without a public listing.

    Personal interviews instead of stacks of applications. You only see profiles we stand behind.

    We moderate interviews, decision and contract phase — and remain available well after the first day at work.
